Children are not small adults. A child's body grows fast, their attention span is short, and their rehabilitation must feel like play, not treatment. Our pediatric programme is designed around exactly that.
We fit artificial limbs for children with congenital limb deficiency (born without part of a limb) or amputation — including baby prostheses fitted as early as 8–12 months so children learn to walk symmetrically from the start. Devices are made lighter, more durable and more colourful, and we resize sockets on schedule as your child grows.
On the orthotic side we treat cerebral palsy (AFOs, ground-reaction AFOs, SWASH hip braces), club foot correction shoes, spina bifida braces, torticollis helmets positioning, scoliosis bracing and post-surgical supports. Every child's plan is coordinated with their pediatrician, orthopaedic surgeon and physiotherapist.
Parents are trained hands-on: how to put the device on, how to check the skin, when to come back, and how to encourage milestones — standing, walking, running, playing.
